A cosmetic dentistry practice in Los Angeles, Exquisite Dentistry began SEO and design services in 2018. I contributed to the campaign as the Copy Strategist, writing SEO copy and making UX content recommendations to improve the user experience.
After just the first 18 months of SEO work, my team had delivered a 393% year-over-year increase in organic traffic and a 530% increase in new organic users.
Exquisite Dentistry's website had text that was poorly-written and unoptimized. A layout was virtually non-existent. Their business needed a website that more eloquently showed the value of their treatments through text and imagery.

Copy was re-written to target valuable keywords and with a greater focus on the client's brand. I also provided a new layout that better-integrated imagery to provide the luxury appeal that the client was looking for.
Directing the Customer Journey
A "contact us" page is the tip of the sales funnel for most online lead generation businesses. While exquisite dentistry has such a page, we were able to drive the majority of conversions directly through the footer with elegant design and an integrated map. The use of color and negative space made this especially effective.
Exquisite Dentistry was averaging just 211 monthly online sessions in August 2018. They now average 2,759 monthly sessions as of May, 2022. Their website ranks on the first page of local area search results for 262 keywords bringing in regular monthly search traffic. They bring in more than 10x as many qualified leads, and their business continues to grow.
